Home Equity Line of Credit - Rates and terms subject to change. Standard underwriting guidelines apply. Monthly payments are Interest only during the draw period. The fully indexed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is Prime plus a margin of .50% – 1.00%. [“Prime” means the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal] The rate and therefore your payment may increase or decrease at any time but no more than 2% at each adjustment. The rate has a floor of 6.00% and a ceiling of 15.00%. Borrower pays all required fees and closing costs. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required.
