Home Equity Loan Rate Disclosures:

Home Equity Line of Credit - Rates and terms subject to change. Standard underwriting guidelines apply. Monthly payments are Interest only during the draw period.  The fully indexed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is Prime plus a margin of .50% – 1.00%. [“Prime” means the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal] The rate and therefore your payment may increase or decrease at any time but no more than 2% at each adjustment. The rate has a floor of 6.00% and a ceiling of 15.00%. Borrower pays all required fees and closing costs. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required. Property must be owner- occupied.

Unlawful Internet Gaming

Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act Notification

Pursuant to Federal Regulation GG, financial institutions are required to provide notification to all business clients to ensure compliance with the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. This is a general notification to all Foothills Bank business clients and does not reflect current activity on your account.

Regulation GG prohibits restricted transactions from being processed through any Foothills Bank account or relationship. A restricted transaction generally includes, but is not limited to, any transaction or transmittal of funds knowingly accepted by gambling businesses in connection with anyone participating in unlawful Internet gambling.

By definition, unlawful Internet gambling means to place, receive or otherwise knowingly transmit a bet or wager involving the Internet that is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law.

Protecting children’s privacy online

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Site.
