Community in Action: 2025 Impact
At Foothills Bank, community is central to who we are. Since the beginning, our purpose has been simple: provide exceptional banking services while supporting the people and places our customers call home.
Giving back is not a side initiative. It is part of our culture. Every year, our team shows up to support local organizations, strengthen neighborhoods, and invest in the communities where we live and work.

Our People in the community
Community involvement at Foothills Bank is driven by our employees. We encourage our team members to support causes they care about and to lead in the communities where they live and work.
Below are just a few examples of how our people are making a difference.
Deanna, Regional Retail Manager | Prescott, Arizona
Deanna is deeply involved in supporting veterans and education. She serves on the advisory council for U.S Vets of Prescott and volunteers every other week preparing and serving meals. She also supports financial literacy initiatives and contributes time and resources to help veterans and their families live with dignity and independence.
In addition, Deanna serves as Treasurer for the Yavapai College Foundation, helping support scholarships, fundraising efforts, and education-focused initiatives across the region.
“My work with U.S. Vets and the Yavapai College Foundation reflects who I am both personally and professionally,” Deanna shared. “I believe in showing up, serving others, and using my skills to make a real difference.”
Alex, Commercial Lender | Phoenix, Arizona
Alex serves as an Executive Board Member for the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children, an organization that provides social, emotional, and financial support to families navigating pediatric cancer. He helps guide financial decisions, supports fundraising efforts, and volunteers at events throughout the year.
Alex also co-chairs the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children Golf Tournament, which has grown into the foundation’s second-largest fundraiser. Since 2014, the organization has supported more than 10,000 children and families and created a centralized hub of care for pediatric cancer patients and their families.
“What makes this work so meaningful is seeing the smiles,” Alex said. “From kids playing with therapy dogs to families finding relief during hard moments, being part of that means everything.”
Nikkie, Branch Manager | Cottonwood, Arizona
Nikkie supports the Verde Valley through multiple leadership roles. She serves as President of the Verde Valley Senior Citizens Association, Treasurer of the Verde Valley Sanctuary, and Secretary for Verde Valley Manor and Steps to Recovery Homes.
Her involvement helps support seniors, families, and individuals working toward stability and recovery.
Kari, Branch Manager | Prescott Valley, Arizona
Kari serves as a Board Director for the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Foundation. One of her favorite initiatives is the Guardian Angel Program, which gives patients and families a way to recognize caregivers who made a meaningful difference during their experience.
Kari helps surprise honorees with certificates and angel pins, creating moments of appreciation and connection.
